After their innovative and acclaimed RI premiere production of Jen Silverman's Collective Rage: A Play In 5 Betties, Burbage Theatre Co concludes their 12th Season with Stephen Adly Guirgis's The Motherf**ker with the Hat, directed by Trinity Rep company member Jackie Davis, director of last season's Red Velvet by Lolita Chakrabarti.

THE MOORS Comes to Estrella Mountain Community College Fine Arts Center in May
The Bridge Initiative is in residence this spring at Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC), the continuation of a professional/educational theatre partnership. The collaboration launched last year with Elaine Romero’s Like Heaven and a $2,000 scholarship for EMCC student Andrea Obregon. This year, Director Elizabeth Brownlee helms The Moors by Jen Silverman coming to the EMCC Performing Arts Center May 3-12.
Stephen McKinley Henderson Talks Filming BEAU IS AFRAID With Patti LuPone

Even though we joke about the multitude of gay men that are involved in theatre, that does not mean it is exempt from the repercussions of “the patriarchy”. As a gay man myself, I understand this problem all too well, but here in Dayton, we have luckily had some incredibly impactful pieces that were not only led by women, but speak upon the experiences of womanhood.
